Every time I turn around someone wants to talk to me or have a question answered. Sometimes I don't want to talk at all, out of pure frustration of the moment. Smart questions, legitimate questions, not so legit ones and of course the stupid ones that you just look at the person to see if they were serious asking me the question in the first place. I guess we have experienced this at least once in our lives.
I work at two different jobs that force me to deal with people whether I want to or not. Most of the time I'm really an easy-going individual, but sometimes I just want to be left alone.
My second job that I worked this last weekend placed me in the position where I talked to approximately three thousand people in a matter of 34 total hours. I enjoyed every conversation except one where the person thought I was being rude to him. I turned the subject around and appeased the person with what he wanted. He came back and gave me a 10 dollar tip when he was leaving. Talk about turning a bad situation into a positive experience for the both of us.
Now don't get me wrong, I really enjoy talking with people and finding out what's going on in their heads. We all have something different going on in our minds. We all walk that fine line between being a genius and a moron, finding it very hard to stay on the line or if you will, an even keel. It seems we all fluctuate from the line throughout our lives.
Most of my life I have been trying to place myself in other people's situations. To try to determine what they are thinking about under certain circumstances, so that I may avoid what problems they may have run into, kind of like learning from their mistakes.
So far I have learned what people think about and how to work through life's little curves thrown at us. This has really helped me out through the ups and downs of my life.
From learning by placing myself in other people's minds, I have developed this personal crusade to try to help people with their problems. If I win the lottery, I will put half of it away for myself and give away the rest, become a philanthropist. I will try to find the most needy people and change their lives by putting a smile in their hearts.
I love trying to motivate people to do what they talk about. I always tell people they need to get out of their own way and just do it.
One of my favorite ways to motivate someone is to tell them about the time I went to a motivational seminar; there were about 200 people there, it was a full house. About 3/4 of the way into the seminar the speaker said "Now I want you all to stand up and look under your chairs." He had placed a 1 dollar bill under every one of the chairs. The room got real noisy from all the happy people and when it calmed down, the speaker said, "Now didn't I tell you, if you get off your butt you'll make a buck."
This has always been an inspiration to me so I have always shared this story with others.
The moral of this story is "If it is to be, it's up to me."

IS YOUR PASSION YOUR LIFE?
A Passion
We use the word passion in all sorts of ways but for the purpose here I am using passionas that thing that burns inside us and motivates us to do what we do as well as we possibly can.
Do you recognize your passion or are you still looking for it. I guess another word for passioncould be niche. If you find that spot in the world or in life where you absolutely fit, feel comfortable and want to always be there, then surely that can be described as your passion.
How To Find Your Passion
It seems to me that it's possible that your passion will find you. If you are questing after that core of your life which is going to be your guiding force then asyou search and try first one thing and then another surely the passion that is deep inside you and bursting to get out will find a way to lead you in the right direction so that you will be able to enjoy your passion and all the great things it brings with it.
Personally I believe that as long as you are relaxed and letting life guide you it will in fact point you in the right direction.Experimenting
As we grow up we go through a whole lot of sections of life. As long as we are at home thereis the feeling of being the child. When we finally leave home there is the fear of being an adult. It all gets so mixed up andconfused.
As a parent one of the most difficult things to do is to find away to encourage the children to pursue their passions to the full. If they will just do that littleby little they will discard those things that either don't work orthat have been outgrown.
Because life is a quest for the niche or passion there is always the presence of a question markas to whether this is the right direction or not. I think that all you really can do is follow the direction you feel at the time and recognize that if it is right itwill settle down and be a wonderful thing. If it is not right it will run its course and you will then look for another direction or another passion.
Don't Be In A Hurry
We live with a lot of pressure tomake permanent decisions about life early. What are we to major in when we go to the university? Maybe we don't know. Maybe we will change two or three times during the time there. Why is that not okay? I think it is.
Surely we have to sort out exactly who we are and what we really want with and from life. This will likely mean getting rid of the constant presence of parents. It may mean a lot of experimenting. But on the way we can have a wonderful time looking.
Conclusion
You will know when you find your passion. Just don't give up before you get there. There really is no hurry because life is fun on the way as well as whenyou get there.
So quest for your passion, find it and let the whole world knowall about it.
